Biography: Diana Coatsworth

Diana Coatsworth has performed professionally as a dancer, singer, actor and improviser on an international scale for over 20 years. Diana started her varied career sailing the globe as a dancer on Princess Cruises.

Some performing credits include lead roles in Threepenny Opera, Cabaret (Stratford Festival); The Drowsy Chaperone (MTC/Theatre Calgary); The Overcoat (CanStage & World Tour); Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat (Theatre Aquarius, Drayton Ent, Stage West); I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change (Petrolia, Stage West); Silvia, Side by Side by Sondheim (Grand); The Rocky Horror Picture Show (Stage West); Peter Pan (Elgin); Second City National Touring Co; Beauty and the Beast, Cats (Drayton Ent); 5 seasons at the Stratford Festival.

Diana has choreographed, asst. directed, dance captained and remounted several large scale productions nationally.  She can be seen on film in Hairspray, the movie; The Score (CBC); as well as many commercials.
