Richard is a multitalented individual who has for several years been in the industry. He is a choreographer, dancer, teacher, actor, and model.

Some of his credits for dancing and acting include filming on Another Cinderella Story, Spectacular which is a high school musical, Dr. Doo Little2, Scooby Doo2, Like Mike2, Kicking It Old School and Rumble in the Bronx with Jackie Chang. Richards has also had the privilege to have choreographed for T.V. shows such as Romeo, the L Word, Connection with MC Hammer and a video with Harry Connick Jr.

He has opened up for SWV and 98 Degrees and in addition he toured with Japanese singer Anri in Japan. As for local talent Richard has choreographed and performed for singers like Elise Estrada, Corey Lee, Jade, Kiara Hunter, Soul Decision, Monica from the New School, Aiden and Kyle. German artist named Sara for X-cell records is also a singer that Richard has choreographed and danced for.
