Dance Manitoba Resources and Links
Dance Manitoba provides information and consultation to numerous individuals and community organizations both within and outside of Manitoba.
The office regularly responds to requests for information on
- Dance Manitoba programs
- different fields of dance instruction
- where to find supplies
- Manitoba dance schools/teachers
- assistance in finding:
- dancers
- choreographers
- workshop clinicians
- opportunities for advanced study and employment
- dance concerts/events
- dance resource information and contacts
- library searches for research papers
- funding information
- and volunteer resource information.
A modest resource library consisting of current dance related periodicals, catalogues from dance suppliers and dance educational institutions, biographies and instructional books, videos and arts and culture administration is also maintained on site. Contributions are appreciated.
